Requirements

  • A strong desire for a career in B2B Sales
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Preferred 1+ years of sales or customer service experience (to include sales internship or collegiate sales club/organization experience)

Responsibilities

  • Research and build call sheets of targeted customers in the market by leveraging tools like Linked In and resources including Candidates and current Consultants.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to generate new leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and determine their potential partnership for offered services.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Attend meetings set with the sales team.
  • Identify, develop, and communicate with new customers by leveraging resources including but not limited to CRMs and external networking tools.
  • Build and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospected interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Continuously learn about our services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Increase sales and market share through newly generated accounts.
