The Business Development Representative (BDR) for core accounts is a high activity, high touch, hunter responsible for driving net new customer acquisition within an assigned territory. This role focuses on in person prospecting, uncovering industrial customer needs, and opening doors with companies not currently buying from BlackHawk Industrial. The BDR generates early-stage opportunities, builds initial relationships, and secures first engagements before transitioning new accounts to the Account Management team for long-term growth and retention.
