About The Position

The Raw Material Person is responsible for learning all job responsibilities within the Protein Conversion Area. Requirements

Able to obtain yard jockey license
Must be able to operate a forklift and bobcat
Must be willing to promote safe working habits
Must have excellent work, safety and attendance record
Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
Applicant/employee must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to work in a non-clean environment with chicken parts that cannot be used for consumption

Responsibilities

Learning all job responsibilities within the Protein Conversion Area
Keep a close eye on the raw material bins
Clean floors
Clean the catch basin and walls of raw material daily
Foam weekly
Unloading Reeter trailers and open top trailers
Other duties as assigned
