About The Position

The Protein Conversion Coordinator position reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for accurate record keeping and computer information entry related to Production Orders, reconciliation, and scheduling. This role involves utilizing SAP, shop floor systems, and emails to create and distribute daily production orders to supervisors and load out personnel. Key duties include scheduling inbound appointments for raw material receiving, yield tracking, inventory controls, and sales volume scheduling. The coordinator reviews daily Standard Operating Procedures, forwards relevant information to appropriate managers and team members, and distributes Load sheets and pick up times. The position requires strict adherence to company policies regarding confidentiality, business ethics, internet/email usage, and password protection. Additionally, the role provides direct administrative support to the Plant Manager, maintaining plant logs, records, and documentation, preparing reports, summaries, and presentations, and assisting with scheduling and daily coordination. It also encompasses purchasing and PO management, including creating requisitions, processing orders, tracking, and ensuring accurate documentation. The coordinator is responsible for pulling and compiling plant reports, tracking KPIs, assisting in data analysis, and acting as a liaison between operations, HR, and leadership. Furthermore, the role supports plant communication and engagement initiatives, coordinates plant events, and assists with HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding coordination, employee documentation, and interview scheduling.

  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years of administrative, coordinator, or plant support experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • List all employment for the past five (5) years, including Full-time, part-time, temporary, contract, and seasonal roles, even if included on your resume
  • Completed start and end dates (month/day/year) are required for employment history

Responsibilities

  • Accurate record keeping and computer information entry associated with Production Orders, reconciliation, and scheduling
