GM Financial’s Protection Account Manager (PAM) program offers a hands-on opportunity to build consultative sales skills, expand your professional network, and make a direct impact on dealership performance, customer loyalty and long-term profitability. This four-month developmental program prepares participants for a territory-based Protection Sales Representative assignment through structured training, job shadowing, assessments and real-world dealership experience. The role involves frequent travel, close collaboration with dealership partners and exposure to field-based sales coaching in a dynamic, performance-focused environment.
