The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Prospect Research Coordinator provides administrative support to the Prospect Development team and assists with the planning, tracking, and monitoring of research projects.

Requirements

  • Proficient in internet navigation and research, with a demonstrated understanding of data management, databases, and research methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex information, communicate effectively with stakeholders, ask critical questions, and gather relevant information and details.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive data.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals, foster strong working relationships, and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Adept in administrative support and project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High energy level.
  • Self-starter; willing to take initiative.

  • Two years of experience providing research or evaluation administrative support, or similar professional administrative support.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Equivalent combination of applicable education, training, certification, and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Two years of experience providing administrative support with research manuscripts or conference presentations.
  • Two years of experience in project support and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for collaborative donor research initiatives, including scheduling, monitoring project timelines, and tracking deliverables to ensure timely progress on action items.
  • Coordinate data-sharing requests with third-party collaborators, including screening data/research interests, gathering initial data-sharing and non-disclosure agreements, and managing secure file preparation and data transfer.
  • Update and maintain research profiles on donors and prospects to keep information current.
  • Regularly monitor and screen for updated donor data to ensure contacts and personal information are accurate.
  • Conduct systematic literature reviews and summarize insights from multiple sources to build contextual backgrounds, identify population benchmarks, and inform analytic approaches.
  • Support research specialists by assisting in the development of research protocols, data collection tools, and supporting research materials.
  • Input and track constituent activity, profiles, research information, and corporate account details in Salesforce.
  • Oversee bulk data uploads into Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and catalog documentation for donor research processes, including team communications and project monitoring reports.
  • Adhere to best practices in data collection, storage, analysis, and governance.
  • Prioritize and manage projects and assignments to meet organizational deadlines and strategic priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for individual research requests.
  • A ttend and actively participate in required training and/or meetings, including but not limited to New Teammate Orientation, WWP Cares, ASIST Suicide Prevention training, Leadership training, culture/team based training, or departmental huddles.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
