The Proposal Writer and Storyteller is crucial in crafting powerful narratives to reflect the company's position in the market as a tech-enabled BPO, blending human expertise with cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in proposal writing, corporate communications, content strategy, or a related field where storytelling was a core responsibility

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a B2B, BPO or tech-enabled services environment is a significant plus

Responsibilities

  • Crafting Winning Proposals: Lead the development of highly persuasive and tailored proposals, bids, and grant applications. This involves diving deep to understand client needs, articulating our unique value proposition - especially our tech-enabled BPO solutions - and ensuring every word contributes to a compelling, winning story.
  • Building Organizational Narratives: Collaborate closely with departments across the organization-including marketing, sales, product development, HR, and leadership-to identify key storytelling opportunities. Then develop engaging content that spans our website, case studies, presentations, internal communications, thought leadership pieces, and more, always highlighting our technological prowess and operational excellence.
  • Ensuring Narrative Cohesion: Champion a consistent brand voice and overarching narrative across all our communications. Ensure our story is cohesive, impactful, and authentic in every interaction, reinforcing our mission, values, and our position as a leading tech-enabled BPO.
  • Research & Insight Gathering: Conduct thorough research and insightful interviews with internal subject matter experts from Operations, Technology, and other functions, as well as with clients and stakeholders. The goal is to uncover the compelling details and unique perspectives that form the foundation of our most powerful stories.
  • Refining & Perfecting Content: Meticulously edit and proofread all written materials for accuracy, clarity, grammatical precision, and strict adherence to our brand guidelines. Ensure content is always polished and professional.
  • Audience-Centric Communication: Master the art of tailoring messages and storytelling approaches to effectively connect with diverse audiences-whether it's a potential client, a strategic partner, a new hire, or the general public. This includes simplifying complex technological concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Process Enhancement & Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities to improve our content development and proposal writing processes, tools, and materials. Build and maintain a dynamic content library for future reference.
  • Project Management & Collaboration: Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, manage deadlines effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, particularly Operations and Technology, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
