Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (required)
Ability to quickly learn product details and apply them to customer needs

Nice To Haves

Experience in a sales support, administrative, or proposal‑related role is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare customer quotes, contracts, and RFQ/RFI responses in partnership with sales engineers, account managers, and project managers.
Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing, configurations, and product details.
Process administrative tasks from initial quotation through order confirmation.
Provide prompt, professional communication with internal teams.
Assist with developing and maintaining sales demonstration tools, marketing materials, and applications.
Build product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions for customers.
Organize and track all proposal-related information to ensure timely delivery and follow‑through.
Represent the company professionally in a variety of customer and industry interactions.
Use Microsoft Office Suite and other internal systems to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Follow all shop safety policies and support a positive, collaborative team environment.
Maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, competitors, co‑workers, and the community.
