About The Position

Analyst will be responsible for coordinating proposal activity, keeping the team on task, editing, and creating/formatting documents. Ideal candidates will be required to collaborate with authors to resolve document queries, building acronym lists, and proofing red-line edits. Will be responsible for training new sellers and keeping all documents current.

Requirements

  • Due to U.S. export control laws, candidate must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or individual with asylum/refugee status).
  • 5+ years of AERO experience with a track record of delivering successful results.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt trained/certified.
  • Highly energized, self-starter, capable of working multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, implementation skills, ability to work with various functions.
  • Ability to adapt to and embrace change.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization; proven ability to work within large, diverse teams.
  • Ability to work across a global resource base.
  • Strong Aerospace business acumen, product knowledge, and customer knowledge.
  • Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and set goals.
  • Developed time and resource management skills.
  • Microsoft Office advanced skills; Word and PowerPoint.

  • Edit Proposal documentation
  • Process development, improvement & support
  • Support Boilerplate Library creation and maintenance
  • Coordinate and manage proposals
