The purpose of this role is to support Education and Research business leaders in their sales efforts by leading the preparation of proposals, presentation materials, and other sales content. Acting as a strategic partner, this individual will help improve overall quality, drive alignment and accountability across pursuit teams, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard. With a primary focus on managing the proposal and orals (PowerPoint) development process in response to RFI/RFP opportunities, this individual will work efficiently, apply strong project management discipline, and leverage additional resources when appropriate (e.g., shared services, bench, or contractors). This role will also apply AI-driven tools and data insights to optimize pursuit processes, enhance content quality, streamline production, and improve win rates. In addition, the individual will contribute to content management for the Education and Research industry-harvesting new materials, tagging and uploading assets into the content management system, and ensuring sales materials remain current, easily searchable, and ready for use by pursuit teams.
