The Proposal Coordinator is a key player in Athena Technology Group’s Business Development Team. Primary tasks include creating compelling, winning proposals that highlight the strengths of ATG and adhere to corporate branding. The successful Proposal Coordinator candidate will support and lead proposal processes ensuring all submissions align with ATG’s services and values. They will support the processes in creating, managing, and delivering compliant and compelling proposals prior to deadline. The Proposal Coordinator will collaborate with members of ATG’s Leadership Team and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed to ensure proposals are accurate and contain all requested information as outlined by the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements. This is a writing role requiring support for all levels of RFIs and Proposals. This position reports to the Sr. Account Executive.
