About The Position

The Proposal Coordinator will provide technical and administrative support to the Proposal Advisory (RFP) team. They will provide support at every stage of the proposal process including proactive co-ordination with sales, RFP intake and review, resource assignment, project kickoff, and project close-out. They will also assist with content management, data analysis, and work on RFPs and other special projects when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or English preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of RFP/Proposal experience (HCM industry experience preferred)
  • Advanced skills in MS office
  • Experience with Responsive (or similar RFP tool)
  • Proficiency in English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders, co-workers, managers and/or clients across the world. Further, our back office support teams, including but not limited to Human Resources, are primarily English speaking. Employees need to be able to communicate with these departments in English to appropriately administer their business relationship. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking co-workers, managers, stakeholders and/or clients, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Responsibilities

  • RFP administration at different phases of the project; initial request from Sales, project kickoff, and project close-out
  • Initial review of RFP requests
  • Content management (Q/A content library and RFP collateral)
  • Data analysis (auditing, cleanup, and reporting)
  • Assist Account Executives in navigating RFP process and tools
  • RFP work when required
  • Special projects when required
