About The Position

Praxis, Crowley Webb’s patient recruitment division, is looking for a proposal coordinator to support the execution and management of requests for proposal (RFPs) for patient recruitment and retention services in clinical research. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, advertising, healthcare, business development)
  • Project management and/or CRM software experience (e.g., Hubspot)
  • Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) data protection regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA) and commitment to confidentiality
  • A growth mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn, adapt to, and effectively utilize new tools, platforms, and methodologies as they emerge, including AI
  • Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive
  • Strong writing skills
  • Comfortable presenting and interacting with clients
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage timelines and deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience in business development, proposal writing, or sales a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for campaign development in response to RFPs from sponsors (typically pharmaceutical/biotech companies) and other required business development deliverables
  • Compose base proposal templates and assist with preparation of budgets for proposal pricing
  • Research, write, and edit estimates and proposals
  • Develop and maintain tools and databases that support business development
  • Oversee proposal review processes and assist in proofreading proposals prior to submission
  • Prepare and facilitate processing of contracts and internal project startup process
  • Contribute to special projects related to the objectives of the business development and proposal departments and to overall agency goals
