In this role, you’ll provide administrative and coordination support to LUZCO’s Proposal Management & Marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in CRM systems, proposal support, and internal processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes and complete tasks accurately.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
  • Interest in proposal support, marketing operations, or business development in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain company registrations, prequalifications, and qualification materials, tracking renewal requirements and supporting documentation.
  • Update company resumes, project descriptions, and experience summaries while ensuring internal content stays accurate and organized.
  • Perform data entry and maintain records in HubSpot to support customer relationship management and business development efforts.
  • Assist with client surveys, preparing materials, tracking responses, and organizing feedback for internal review.
  • Support proposal efforts through document formatting, research, and organization of proposal materials and templates.
  • Coordinate proposal-related meetings, track comments, and prepare follow-up materials as needed.
  • Assist with internal process improvement initiatives by documenting, organizing, and following through on tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned with a willingness to adapt and learn new systems.
