About The Position

EarthCam is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support our sales team with proposal preparation, CRM management, documentation accuracy, and deadline coordination. This role is ideal for someone who has built a career in sales administration and takes pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and organized. We are looking for a professional who values stability, consistency, and doing the fundamentals exceptionally well. You will be responsible for keeping the sales process organized, accurate, and on track.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in sales support or administrative roles
  • Experience working in CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in B2B sales environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and proofread proposals and sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including contact details and opportunity updates
  • Track deadlines for bids, renewals, and contract submissions
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely documentation flow
  • Review pricing sheets and materials for accuracy before submission
  • Route incoming inquiries to appropriate sales executives
  • Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, and customer documentation
  • Assist with reporting and pipeline updates as requested
