About The Position

You will be the Proposal Analyst Stf for the Advanced Programs Estimating Organization. Our team is responsible for shaping proposals based on Requests for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). As the Proposal Analyst Stf you will be responsible for leading the estimation effort on special programs from initial RFP through contract award. Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience coordinating complex estimates with changing requirements.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires  selected candidate must possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and pricing proposals using Lockheed Martin's Estimating Financial System (EFS).
• Coordinating functional inputs and guiding the proposal through the management‑review process.
• Providing government audit support, fact‑finding, and negotiating terms.
• Ensuring compliance with FAR and securing TINA certification.
• Supporting the entire proposal lifecycle from RFP receipt to Proposal Authorization.
