About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist to own and manage the end-to-end process of transitioning properties into and out of OneWall Communities' management platform. This critical role serves as the primary orchestrator of complex, multi-stakeholder transitions, ensuring seamless integration of new properties into our RealPage-based operations while maintaining business continuity and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years multifamily property management experience with direct property transitions/system implementations
  • Proficiency in RealPage or comparable systems (Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio)
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com [//Monday.com], Basecamp, etc.
  • Experience with data migration, validation, and quality assurance
  • Hands-on experience managing complex multi-phase projects with competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of property operations: leasing, marketing, maintenance, resident services, and compliance
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, validation, analysis)
  • Working knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and resident tech platforms
  • Credential for Accredited Manager (CAM) from NAAEI
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Collaborative leader with customer service mindset
  • Ability to travel
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
  • Ability to pass background check and meet insurance requirements
  • Flexibility for evening/weekend work during transitions

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), CPM (IREM), ARM (IREM), or CALP (NAAEI) certification
  • Previous experience in centralized property management operations
  • Business analysis/process improvement training
  • Experience in project management

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the complete property onboarding lifecycle from contract execution through 90-day stabilization
  • Develop and execute detailed transition project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
  • Coordinate pre-contract discovery, data collection, and documentation
  • Lead onboarding kick-off meetings and establish RACI matrices
  • Manage offboarding processes and transfer knowledge to incoming teams
  • Drive RealPage property setup including configuration and data import
  • Validate data integrity and accuracy (>98% lease data accuracy)
  • Configure and test payment gateways, resident portals, and maintenance modules
  • Develop and deliver RealPage training programs for teams
  • Serve as primary contact for owners, residents, and internal/external stakeholders
  • Collaborate on accounts receivable migration and month-close procedures
  • Track and report on KPIs including timeline adherence, data accuracy, and satisfaction
  • Conduct 30/60/90-day transition reviews and refine procedures
