About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a residential multi-complex community. This role combines light property management responsibilities with cleaning, tenant support, and operational assistance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures.
  • Proficiency with smartphones and basic computer applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in property management, facilities, custodial services, or customer service preferred.
  • Appfolio experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and community rooms.
  • Clean and service property grounds, including litter removal and maintenance of pet waste stations.
  • Stock and monitor supplies in shared spaces.
  • Assist with seasonal upkeep such as salting walkways, light snow removal coordination, and spring/fall cleanups.
  • Conduct property showings for prospective tenants.
  • Manage lockboxes, distribute keys, and maintain organized key records.
  • Assist with unit turnovers, including light cleaning and reporting maintenance needs.
  • Take photos of vacancies and completed work for marketing and documentation purposes.
  • Perform move-out inspections to document unit conditions and report damages.
  • Conduct routine property inspections and identify safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations.
  • Serve as an on-site point of contact for tenants, addressing general inquiries and relaying concerns to management.
  • Post notices and communications on doors, bulletin boards, and designated areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster a positive community environment.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Assist property management with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
  • Monitor building security by ensuring common areas remain secure and in proper working order.
