Property Rehab Specialist
About The Position
We are a growing real estate and home services company focused on acquiring, renovating, and managing high-quality rental properties. Our mission is simple: take underperforming homes and turn them into clean, durable, cash-flowing assets. We move fast, expect high standards, and take pride in doing things the right way. We are looking for a Property Rehab Specialist who can take a property from rough condition to rent-ready. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can both do the work and think ahead . You’ll be responsible for executing renovations efficiently, maintaining quality, and helping us standardize our process as we scale.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience
- Strong skills across multiple trades (jack-of-all-trades mindset)
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Reliable, consistent, and accountable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience with rental property turnovers or real estate investing
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on renovation work (drywall, painting, flooring, trim, light carpentry, etc.)
- Complete full “turns” to get properties rent-ready
- Identify issues quickly and solve problems without constant supervision
- Coordinate with subcontractors when needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Track materials and communicate what’s needed ahead of time
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company standards
- Perform final walkthroughs to ensure properties are tenant-ready
