Reporting to the General Manager, the property's Operations Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance and repair of the property and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the guests’ experience. Candidates should be available to work weekends & some holidays. Job Description Specifically, you would be responsible for ensuring performance of the following tasks to the highest standards: Clean guest accommodations and common areas as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, sweeping and mopping Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis Dispose of trash and recyclables Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Perform basic maintenance and repairs, communicating with management and team members to be sure effective troubleshooting and mitigation to minimize guest impacts and in accordance with budget. Communicate and coordinate with management, team members, guests and vendors in alignment with property objectives Other duties as assigned
