Requirements

  • BA/BS strongly preferred.
  • 3–5 years success managing Class A or highly amenitized multifamily assets.
  • Proven team-leadership and accountability chops (5+ direct reports).
  • Financial fluency—budgeting, variance analysis, revenue management.
  • Yardi (or similar PMS) mastery.
  • Stellar communication, customer-service mindset, and a passion for diversity-rich communities.

Responsibilities

  • Financial & Operational Leadership – Own budgets, NOI, rent growth, and Yardi reporting.
  • People Management – Coach and develop an Assistant Manager, Leasing Pros, and Maintenance Techs; model SAIL’s culture daily.
  • Revenue Maximization – Hit occupancy and collection goals through data-driven pricing, renewal strategy, and reputation management.
  • Asset Excellence – Partner with maintenance to keep buildings immaculate and code-compliant.
  • Resident & Stakeholder Relations – Be the face of the community, resolving issues swiftly and building loyalty.
  • Compliance – Uphold Fair Housing, state, and company standards; ensure flawless audits.
