We are currently seeking a Multifamily Property Manager to lead the Olde Towne Village & Huntly Ridge Townhomes in Clarksville, IN . Exclusive Perks: 20% Off Rent at Any Monarch Community (Subject to terms and conditions) Paid Training & Tuition Reimbursement to further your career Annual Anniversary Gifts What You’ll Be Doing: Maximize Property Performance: Identify opportunities to increase income, reduce expenses, and grow net operating income Lead a High-Performing Team: Direct and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Drive Leasing Success: Ensure high occupancy rates and rental income by implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies Financial Oversight: Process invoices, manage rental income, and track delinquencies Resident Relations: Build and maintain a strong, engaged community by addressing resident needs and fostering positive relationships What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in Multifamily Housing 1+ years Direct Property Manager experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation Required Ready to Take the Next Step? Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Multifamily Housing
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation Required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years Direct Property Manager experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
