Requirements

  • 2+ years of multifamily property management experience (REQUIRED)
  • Experience supervising leasing consultants, assistant property managers, and maintenance staff
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control experience
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and apartment regulations
  • Experience with Yardi, Excel, or similar property management software

Nice To Haves

  • CAM, COS, or TCCS certification preferred
  • Passion for delivering excellent resident experiences

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise an onsite apartment management team
  • Drive leasing, renewals, and occupancy rates
  • Oversee apartment community operations
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and NOI performance
  • Oversee rent collections and delinquencies
  • Execute apartment marketing strategies
  • Ensure Fair Housing compliance
  • Coordinate vendors, maintenance operations, and contracts
  • Improve resident retention and customer satisfaction
