Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Minimum 3+ years of property management experience in multifamily residential communities
Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and resident retention
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with property management software - Yardi or Onesite
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Background verification required

Nice To Haves

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential
Experience managing Class A multifamily communities
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
Experience with revenue management and pricing optimization

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all property operations for a 300-unit multifamily community, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all regulations
Drive occupancy and revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives while maintaining competitive positioning in the market
Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and accountability
Develop and implement resident retention strategies that maximize lease renewals and community satisfaction
Oversee resident relations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally to create a positive living environment
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded
Maintain property standards, coordinate maintenance and capital improvements, and ensure community amenities are well-maintained
Conduct market analysis and competitive positioning to optimize rental rates and occupancy
