JOB SUMMARY The Property Manager (PM) provides leadership and daily management over an assigned area and team responsible for single-family rental homes and the residents who occupy them. The PM is accountable for the market performance and is empowered to make decisions within company guidelines to enhance the customer experience and ensure seamless service. Property Managers are involved in all aspects of market operations, included but not limited to resident inquires, move in procedures, rent collection, evictions, reputation management, providing outstanding customer service to residents, and serve as a primary liaison between central support and the market team. This position supports the Regional Operations Director (ROD) in all aspects of management, included but not limited to, marketing, rent collections, resident inquiries, profit and loss (P&L), review of metrics, and general management of the resident experience and provides direction in absence of the ROD to the market team.
