About The Position

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for three communities with a total of 68 units. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements. This position consists of approximately 30 hours per week focused on property management duties, but for candidates who also have maintenance technician experience and interest, there is an opportunity to combine both roles, bringing the total schedule to 40 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, tenant interaction, and hands-on maintenance. Location: Grace Apartments (SW Portland), Humphrey Duplex (SW Portland), Marcus 4-Plex (Milwaukie) Hourly Rate: $28.00-$30.00/hr. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, flexible start and end times Weekly Contracted Hours: 30-40 hours Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement. Requirements

  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience are required.
  • Two (2) years of previous property management experience are required.
  • Basic experience with MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, agreements, etc.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.

  • Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience is preferred.
