About The Position

Next Generation Management & Accounting Property Manager (LCAM) – Portfolio Next Generation Management and Accounting Services is a professional property management and accounting company seeking an experienced and motivated Portfolio Property Manager. This full-time position oversees a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including HOA and condo communities, ensuring operational success, resident satisfaction, and financial stability. As a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), you will manage and administer residential properties within community associations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, board members, and vendors, ensuring properties are well-maintained, financially sound, and compliant with all applicable regulations. Location: Sunrise, FL (Properties in Broward County) Salary: $80,000/year License Requirement: Active Community Association Management License in the State of Florida is required. Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)Please note: This role requires availability to respond to property emergencies outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of property management experience (community associations preferred)
  • Valid LCAM license in the State of Florida (required)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine property inspections and document discrepancies, hazards, or liabilities
  • Supervise maintenance staff; assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll coordination
  • Manage and track work orders to ensure timely completion
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring projects remain within budget
  • Investigate resident concerns, enforce governing documents, and ensure compliance
  • Prepare and attend Board meetings, including agendas, notices, and minutes
  • Assist Boards with budgeting, financial planning, and insurance renewals
  • Oversee bank accounts, investments, billing, and reconciliations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, owners, and vendors
  • Maintain administrative records, including invoices, violations, ACC requests, and logs
  • Prepare and submit monthly management reports
  • Respond to property emergencies as needed
