Position Summary: The rate of pay for this position is $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience ($26.44 hourly; FLSA Non-Exempt). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the management of identified housing unit(s). This position is also responsible for interpreting and implementing management procedures developed in accordance with policies and regulations of CHN Housing Partners (CHN). The Property Manager works closely with residents.
