Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of property management experience, with a proven track record of success and loyalty.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
  • Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Yardi Voyager a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple luxury communities. Manage a range of stunning properties — from chic urban buildings to peaceful suburban communities.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff to deliver exceptional service to our residents.
  • Financial Management: Take ownership of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to optimize property performance.
  • Tenant Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with residents through effective communication, conflict resolution, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct regular market analyses to make strategic recommendations for property improvements and leasing strategies.
