Property Manager – Arbors at Creekside (Austin, TX) Seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations of a 176-unit LIHTC property. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations, managing occupancy, supervising staff, overseeing maintenance, and fostering a positive resident community.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, budget, and compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and local regulations.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.
• Supervise staff and ensure maintenance standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
