Monarch is seeking a Yardi Systems Support Specialist I to join our dynamic IT team in Grand Rapids. What You’ll Do As a Yardi Systems Support Specialist I , you’ll be the go-to for 1st level Yardi - providing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure our teams can use the platform effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience with Yardi, Rent Café, or Yardi CRM
  • 1–3 years of relevant technical support experience in a remote or multi-site environment
  • Strong problem-solving , customer service , and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting , or similar platforms
  • Passion for helping others and improving processes

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
  • General ledger or accounting experience
  • Prior IT help desk experience

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets and assist users with Yardi system questions and corrections
  • Identify issues related to user training, processes, or configuration needs
  • Help set up new users, permissions, and vendors in the Yardi system
  • Monitor and resolve Yardi system performance issues
  • Support multiple system integrations and vendor interfaces
  • Recommend training opportunities to enhance user knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve user experience
