About The Position

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Yardi Helpdesk & Systems Specialist to support our Yardi platform across multiple modules. This full-time hybrid (2 remote, 3 in-office days) role is critical to ensuring smooth operations of our real estate systems, enhancing workflows, and supporting users across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Yardi administrative or support role with multi-module exposure.
  • Familiarity with GAAP accounting and financial reporting workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse employee populations having various levels of technical experience.
  • Technical and Customer Support and Troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects along with daily responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi custom reporting tools (SQL, SSRS, YSR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a support contact for all Yardi-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Team with other group members to onboard new employees and acquired properties.
  • Administer and support modules including Voyager Core, PayScan, Job Cost, Maintenance, and other Yardi modules.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Participate in a blended support model, mixing software support with involvement in development efforts and product enhancement.
  • Collaborate with accounting, asset management, and property management teams to align system functionality with business needs.
  • Lead training sessions and create user guides.
  • Coordinate with Yardi support and third-party vendors for escalations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and data integrity through regular audits.
  • Assist with system integrations and data migrations.
  • Develop custom programming requests utilizing SQL, YSR, and other platforms as needed.
  • Assist with cross-functional projects by participating in discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment of Yardi solutions.
  • Maintain accurate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system processes, administrative modifications, and internal workflows to facilitate training and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to data integrity, monitor system performance, and ensure adherence to IT security and SOX governance standards.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to achieve departmental goals.
  • Some travel required.
