About The Position

The Property Management Administrative Assistant will manage incoming traffic, onboard new acquisitions, and provide utility management. The PM Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Director.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience, ideally in property management
  • Proficient with technology utilizing Microsoft office suite
  • Must be a team player, reliable, and organized
  • Must be professional, energetic, and positive.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple daily tasks; capable of prioritizing and meeting timelines

Responsibilities

  • Customary administrative duties such as assisting with incoming calls, mail distribution, and distributing reports
  • Assist in onboarding and prelisting of new acquisitions
  • Assist with marketing vacancies
  • Partner with the property management team to ensure smooth move in and move outs of tenants
  • Utility management
  • Follow all terms of Fair Housing, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the American with Disabilities Act, and any other pertinent laws
  • Assist ARG team members as needed
  • Update job and market knowledge on an ongoing basis
  • Other duties as assigned
