Requirements

  • Administrative assistant in a residential setting preferred
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently, organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar property management software a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet tenants in a professional manner
  • Compose and type all correspondence and documents
  • Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants and vendors
  • Log all owner and resident complaints and promptly dispatch maintenance personnel
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly Financial Reports
  • Maintain files and paperwork
  • Work independently, organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects
  • Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
