About The Position
Property Maintenance Technician for a total of 110 units of affordable housing in Homestead/Munhall. Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting Completing work orders Refurbishing turnovers Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when neccesary Grounds maintenance, snow removal 24/7 Emergency On-Call rotation required
Requirements
- Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach
- Valid State Drivers License and access to a vehicle
Responsibilities
