Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License, including passing the exam within three testing attempts and becoming licensed in applicable states (company-supported); active license preferred
• Proficiency in a Windows-based environment with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Nice To Haves

• Experience with XactAnalysis and Xactimate preferred

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and resolve low to moderately complex property insurance claims
• Issue claim payments and explain coverage determinations, settlements, and claim status to policyholders
• Document claim activity accurately within claims management systems to meet quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and support catastrophe (CAT) claims operations, including overtime during surge events
