About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join Founders 3's Residential Property Management Team. As a Property Coordinator, you will be a key team member providing superb customer service to tenants, prospective tenants, vendors, and property ownership, while also providing support to the Director of Apartment Operations.

Requirements

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree is required
  • Excellent client service skills required
  • Basic to intermediate working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products
  • Superb organizational skills and follow up are a must

Nice To Haves

  • Property management related or leasing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supporting property onboarding
  • Tenant communication including fielding requests/calls, sending tenant notices and updating tenant contact lists
  • Conducting property visits
  • Collecting certificates of insurance
  • Routing service agreements
  • Organizing property documents
  • Assisting in rent collection efforts
  • Scheduling budgeted work at properties
  • Entering work orders
  • Supporting annual budget process utilizing accounting software
