We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Property Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of marinas. This role focuses on pricing strategy, financial analysis, and identifying value-add opportunities, while partnering closely with operations and cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, economics, or 4–6 years of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management, revenue management, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Business Objects, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Contour.
  • Intermediate experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in data mining, cleaning, and analysis to derive actionable business insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial, statistical, and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Interest or experience in using large-scale data to solve business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage pricing strategies for storage and commercial leasing segments, ensuring optimal revenue performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support short-term and long-term revenue goals.
  • Analyze demand, pricing, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with operations, construction, and finance teams to execute value-add capital projects.
  • Assist in the creation and organization of operating and capital business plans for assigned assets.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Build strong partnerships with property teams, understanding each site’s market, challenges, and growth potential.
