The Property Analyst will play a key role in supporting both the Property team and the Real Estate team by managing critical data, documentation, and workflow processes within EPIC. This position ensures that brokers and client service teams receive timely, accurate operational support, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with EPIC or similar agency management systems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • EPIC Data Management Enter quotes, declinations, binders, policies, and related documentation into EPIC with accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure all required information is properly recorded and updated.
  • Broker & Client Team Support Assist brokers and client service teams with collecting, organizing, and sending required documents.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Administrative & Operational Support Provide support for invoicing processes and certificate of issuance as needed.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining templates for internal and client-facing use.
  • Request loss runs from carriers and track receipts and distribution.
  • Pull AM Best ratings and Risk Meter reports to support underwriting and client deliverables.
  • Perform additional administrative or analytical tasks assigned to support team operations.
