As a Government Property Analyst, you will contribute to a fast-paced innovative team and work closely with Property and Logistics functional management, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), suppliers, contracts and other functions that support the Raytheon property system. The role will administer and/or maintain aspects of the Property Management System including support of multiple property lifecycle areas (i.e., acquisition, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, subcontractor control, relief of stewardship and contract closure). What You Will Do We’re looking for a detail‑driven, compliance‑focused property professional to support audit readiness, strengthen accountability, and ensure flawless execution of government property requirements. In this role, you will: Support audit excellence: Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits to meet company, contractual, and government requirements, ensuring full alignment with Federal Acquisition Regulations and government contract standards. Manage the property lifecycle: Maintain accurate property records and execute transactions from acquisition through disposal, ensuring complete and compliant documentation throughout the lifecycle. Monitor and analyze property data: Track property system performance, report key metrics, and use data‑driven insights to assess and improve the health of property processes. Drive process improvement: Contribute to CORE initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders to evaluate current practices, integrate best‑in‑class solutions, and help develop common processes, procedures, and measurement tools across Raytheon. Ensure property accountability: Validate ownership, identification, maintenance, utilization, storage, and disposition of assets to maintain continuous accountability and compliance. Coordinate property control activities: Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure government, contractor, and company property is managed in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policy. Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum two (2) years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with either Asset Management, Government Property, Logistics, and or Supply Chain.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to develop and execute compliant property management processes, applying sound judgment aligned with contracts, policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Working knowledge of FAR Part 52 and Part 45, DFARS Part 252 and Part 245, with the ability to interpret contract clauses related to government and customer property.
  • Experience in DoD environments and with DCMA, including understanding FAR/contractual language to support effective Root Cause and Corrective Action activities.
  • Experience managing control and accountability of tooling and test equipment.
  • CORE Apprentice Certification, Raytheon Property Management Tier 4 Certification and NPMA certifications.
  • Proficiency with SAP (APEX, PRISM, SPS), cPDM, and the PIEE GFP Module.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for effective engagement with government representatives and cross‑functional internal teams.
  • Ability to prepare clear, data‑driven reports for customers and leadership.
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing tasks, operate with minimal supervision, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to support related functions and alternate sites, including Fleet Management, Special Projects, and Audit Support.
