About The Position

As a Property Control Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accountability, compliance, and proper management of company, government, and contractor-acquired property throughout its lifecycle. In this role, you will support property management activities from acquisition through disposition, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, customer requirements, and government regulations. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external agencies to assess compliance, resolve issues, and maintain the integrity of property control systems in a highly regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Business or related discipline from an accredited college, or 4 years experience in the absence of Bachelors Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work remotely
  • The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform property control and accountability activities across the full lifecycle, including acquisition, utilization, tracking, and disposition
  • Maintain accurate property records and ensure compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and government regulations
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve property-related discrepancies and regulatory compliance issues
  • Coordinate and support internal and external property assessments, audits, and reviews, including analyzing results and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with customers, federal oversight agencies, and internal teams to ensure alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Provide guidance and oversight to suppliers to ensure proper control and accountability of company and customer property in their possession
  • Support pre- and post-contract award activities by identifying risks, unique requirements, and property-related obligations
  • Apply working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and property management principles to ensure compliance
  • Ensure business systems and processes meet requirements for conducting business with domestic and international entities
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training and guidance to internal personnel on property management processes, regulations, and compliance expectations
