About The Position

This Financial Management Analyst position will support Advanced Development Programs (ADP) and will be responsible for providing Earned Value Management support to the IPT, CAMs and Program Managers while adhering to the monthly Business Rhythm and ensuring Data quality. Areas of support will include but are not limited to Budget and EAC changes, Analysis of performance at a Control Account level, generation of IPT/CAM reports, Monthly Review process at the CAM, IPT and PM levels, and support of Baseline, IBR, and CEAC exercises. The ability to communicate well and work as a team with co-workers and stakeholders across multiple sites will be key in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 4 years experience in absence of bachelors degree
  • Financial analysis experience
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with any of the following is a major plus: Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application; Deltek Cobra; Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP); Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR);
  • Experience in these areas is desirable: Developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion; Preparing CPR, IPMR, or CFSR reports; Data analysis through use of Excel queries; Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines, in a fast paced, team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities for Advanced Development Programs (ADP), partnering with IPTs, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and Program Managers
  • Assist with maintaining and analyzing cost, schedule, and performance data at the control account level to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support development and updates of program budgets, Estimates at Complete (EACs), and baseline changes
  • Prepare and distribute IPT and CAM-level financial reports, highlighting key performance metrics and variances
  • Participate in the monthly business rhythm, including data validation, variance analysis, and review preparation for CAM, IPT, and Program Manager reviews
  • Help identify performance risks and opportunities by analyzing financial and program data
  • Support key program milestones such as Baseline Reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Comprehensive EAC (CEAC) exercises
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with EVMS guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to gather inputs, resolve issues, and support program execution
  • Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders and contribute to team problem-solving efforts
