The Property Accountant is responsible for the following: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports Track and analyze property-level financial performance. Ensures the integrity of financial information through comprehensive analysis, account reconciliations, and strict adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Plays a key role in supporting operational decision-making and ensuring compliance across the portfolio. High level of proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; property management software experience (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, MRI) strongly preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling Must have previous experience in a Property Accountant role Why come work for us? Requirements
