The Property Accountant works under the direction of the Accounting Supervisor and is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of assigned sets of books for various operating properties; tracking advances made by Abode Communities; tracking and reconciliation of various balance sheet schedules; review receivables from tenants; and review and approve accounts payable invoices.
