About The Position
The Property Accountant is responsible for the preparation of monthly reporting including journal entries, account reconciliations, preparation of financial statements of assigned real estate entities and debt compliance reports required for lenders and actively participate in financial and business projects.. The Property Accountant will be responsible for the monthly accounting activities including recording journal entries and preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements for assigned real estate entities.
