The Promotions Coordinator assists in the development, planning, and implementation of promotions. This role involves creating ongoing excitement on the gaming floor through announcements and player interaction, assisting guests with promotion participation, and ensuring event areas are properly stocked with necessary supplies and decorations. The coordinator is also responsible for managing collateral materials for promotions and events, establishing reports to monitor expenses against budgets, and suggesting actions to meet budget guidelines. The position requires interfacing with operating departments to ensure timely coordination of all events, assisting the Promotions Manager with budget execution and expenditure tracking, and maintaining the security and confidentiality of files, records, and lists. Additionally, the role includes preparing promotional inserts and envelopes and working closely with outside vendors for promotional setups, as well as training other Players Club Representatives.
