About The Position

We are hiring an enthusiastic Promotional Event Assistant to support our growing team. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for candidates looking to break into entry-level marketing jobs and gain real-world experience in event marketing, promotional marketing, and fundraising & nonprofit campaigns.
In this role, you’ll work directly with the public at live events, helping drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and support meaningful community outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in event marketing, retail promotions, and public relations
• Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Previous brand ambassador experience or customer-facing experience is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of event marketing campaigns and live promotions
• Represent clients as a brand ambassador, delivering a positive and professional experience at events
• Support promotional marketing efforts in retail environments and community-based events
• Engage with attendees to build strong customer engagement and promote products, services, or causes
• Educate the public and encourage participation in fundraising & nonprofit campaigns
• Contribute to community outreach initiatives that increase brand visibility and social impact
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve campaign goals
• Provide feedback and insights to improve future marketing and public relations efforts
