About The Position

We are hiring a Promotional Assistant to support charity campaigns and community outreach efforts. This entry-level position is suited for individuals who are comfortable engaging with the public and interested in gaining experience in marketing, communications, and event coordination. No previous experience is required. Paid training and ongoing guidance are provided. Position Summary In this role, you will represent nonprofit and mission-driven organizations at events and outreach initiatives. You will help share campaign information, assist with event logistics, and contribute to overall program execution.

Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking with and assisting members of the public
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities in event settings
  • Team-oriented and dependable
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
