As a Promotional Assistant, you will:

Responsibilities

• Represent charities and mission-driven organizations at live events, outreach campaigns, and community programs
• Engage with attendees, donors, and community members to share information and promote campaigns
• Assist with event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and answer questions confidently
• Support your team to ensure smooth execution of promotional and outreach activities
• Contribute to campaign tracking, reporting, and ongoing improvement
