Aquatech immediately needs a full-time Projects Coordinator to work in our Canonsburg, PA office. The hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating project documentation, communication, and action item follow-up between internal teams and external stakeholders and reports to Project Engineering Manager. Job Description: Create and maintain files and any shared drives for the projects the office is involved in. Serve as point of communication between company and external resources. Assist with document creation and reviews, including project reports and tracking spreadsheets. Coordinate document submissions/transmittals and help to ensure timely resubmissions. Follow up on external and internal project action items to ensure timely closure. Drive internal Communication and help problem-solve with other departments. Support correspondence with customers via the Project Manager and project management team. Participate in project coordination meetings internally and with client. Work autonomously, seeking guidance when required. Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project
  • Proficient in use of Office 365 Products (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Ability to communicate with team members and clients clearly and effectively.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in related field
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a project-related industry required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior water/wastewater infrastructure project experience preferred.
